Texas-based Conn’s HomePlus, an electronics, furniture, mattress and appliance store chain, will become a new tenant at Hendon Properties’ Golden East Crossing Mall in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. Steve Spiegel, development partner at Hendon, said Conn’s HomePlus will occupy 44,000 square feet of space.
